Role & responsibilities
An experienced and certified L1 Onsite Support Engineer is required to provide advanced technical support and management for the Endpoint Security Solution at IOB. This role demands a deep understanding of endpoint security and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Must be OEM certified in the proposed Endpoint Security Solution. (Trend Micro)
Requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing any Endpoint Security Solution.
Responsible for any required customizations within the Bank's timelines.
Provide onsite technical expertise and after-service support at the Chennai/Hyderabad location.
Lead technical activities during DR drills and be available at the DR site in Hyderabad as required.
Handle advanced troubleshooting, database support, performance monitoring, backup/restoration activities, and ensure online replication with zero lag.
Manage audit compliance, VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) closure, and other statutory compliance tasks.
Create and submit detailed process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and secure configuration guides, before project signoff.
Coordinate with the Bank's teams for seamless integration, implementation, and support.
Provide support during Bank working hours (9 AM to 8 PM) and be available during exigencies on non-working days.
