Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online marketing presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through social media marketing, Google Ads, and SEO initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong execution skills to deliver measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and web platforms.
• Manage and grow brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and monitor website performance using SEO tools.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging and on-brand content across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce highquality visuals and ad creatives.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Support email marketing, influencer partnerships, and other digital initiatives as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic growth, engagement rate, CTR, CPC, and   conversion rate.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:
        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

        Proven experience managing social media marketing, Google Ads, and SEO for a brand or agency.
        Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, SEMrush(or similar tools)
        Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
        Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills for digital platforms.
        Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
        Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills.
        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
        Experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn

        Familiarity with SEO best practices, content marketing, and keyword optimization strategies.
        Background in e-commerce or B2B marketing will be a plus.
