Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a UI/UX Designer, located in Hyderabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centred designs, developing mock-ups, designing visual interfaces, creating prototypes, and enhancing the user experience. The role also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of front-end development and design.

What You'll Do:

• Design & Prototype: creation of user-centred designs, from wireframes and mock-ups to high-fidelity visual interfaces and interactive prototypes for our core AI and digital ecosystem products.
• User Experience (UX): Drive the enhancement of the overall user experience (UED) by conducting user research, analysing feedback, and translating complex requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, Q.A team and marketing team, to ensure a seamless integration of design specifications with front-end development.
• Visual Consistency: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure brand consistency and high-quality aesthetics across all our platforms.

Qualifications Required:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a UI/UX Designer role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma for all design, prototyping, and collaboration work.
• Proven previous work and a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional Mock-ups and Visual Design skills, and a clear understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong competence in Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED).
• Knowledge on the design implementation (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to ensure designs are feasible and scalable.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative hybrid environment (some work-from-home flexibility, based in Hyderabad).
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Interest to learn and develop in the technology or AI industry is a significant plus.
