Job Title: Operations Manager Network Infrastructure

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Network Infrastructure to lead and manage our organization's network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in network protocols and security, along with proven leadership experience in managing network teams and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Oversee LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of network services.

Recommend and implement network technologies and upgrades.

Lead a team of network engineers and administrators.

Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures.

Monitor network traffic and respond to security incidents.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to mitigate risks.

Use network monitoring tools to track performance and health.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution.

Plan for network capacity and scalability.

Align network operations with business goals.

Maintain documentation and generate performance reports.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Certifications like CCNP, CCIE, CISSP preferred.

8+ years of experience in network administration, with leadership exposure.

Strong knowledge of networking protocols and architectures.

Expertise in network security and monitoring tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
