Job Description
As a Mobile Admin Relief, you will be working within a dedicated and diverse team providing excellent standards of service in a busy, public-facing office environment. This role combines the responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor and an Evidence Processing Administrator. You will help people with a wide variety of enquiries, support customers with their needs, and manage confidential items through effective systems.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with a wide variety of enquiries from the public and support customer needs.
Record, log, and store information related to confidential items.Liaise with suppliers and internal contacts to facilitate the movement of confidential items.
Ensure all records are kept up to date and accurate at all times.
Provide support and guidance on the handling, storing, and transportation of confidential items.
Commute to various locations within a 30-mile radius and work weekends and/or night shifts as required.

The Ideal Candidate
Confident communicator, both written and verbally.
Strong administrative and IT skills, with the ability to learn new bespoke software packages.
Excellent attention to detail, with experience in updating records and writing reports.
Ability to handle challenging situations or complex individuals.
Flexible and willing to commute to various locations and work weekends and/or night shifts.
Holds a Full Clean UK Driving License (including manual vehicles).
Must live in a certain area (BETWEEN DUNGANNON AND ARMAGH) to capture sites within a 30-mile radius.
Able to provide a 5-year employment history and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK for screening purposes.
A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
Pay Scale
Please note this role is on a sliding pay scale depending on the role you are completing: £13.49 PH - £13.77 PH.
