The Role

As Head of Technology, you will be both strategic and hands-on—shaping our technology roadmap while leading the delivery of high-impact projects such as a new CRM, centralised data infrastructure, and automation solutions. You’ll partner with senior leadership to align technology with business goals, ensuring every system enhances efficiency, resilience, and the client experience.

A key part of your role will be leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing technology team, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. You’ll also take ownership of major cross-functional projects, ensuring they are well-managed, delivered to deadline, and embedded successfully across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear technology strategy aligned to business growth.
• Lead the implementation of major systems (CRM, database, AI, automation).
• Drive innovation, automation, and cross-department process optimisation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing technology team.
• Oversee project management of technology change, ensuring delivery on time and budget.
• Safeguard system security, compliance, and resilience.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in technology roles, including 3+ in leadership.
• Proven experience in setting and delivering digital transformation strategy and leading projects.
• Strong background in systems implementation including (but not limited to) CRM systems, centralised data & reporting solutions, and workflow automation.
• Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.
• A collaborative leader who develops people and drives results.
