Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 DOE

Contract: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Rotational

Are you an experienced Print Machine Minder with a passion for precision and quality?

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain gluing machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters to achieve precise gluing, folding, and sealing.
• Monitor machine performance and carry out regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise workflow and achieve targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with any other duties as required.

• Proven experience operating gluing machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up and adjust machinery.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
