As a Global Portfolio Management Analyst, you will:
Support Portfolio Managers: Assist with the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for multiple client portfolios.
Construct and Monitor Portfolios: Contribute to portfolio construction, ongoing performance monitoring, and reporting.
Generate Client Reports and Presentations: Produce high-quality quarterly reports and client presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Manage Client Data: Maintain and update client investment data within investment plans and databases.
Track and Analyze Performance: Monitor client and investment performance, identifying key trends and insights.
Respond to Client Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate responses to global client information requests.
Evaluate Investment Opportunities: Participate in fund monitoring and review investment proposals, developing a strong understanding of projected returns and potential portfolio impacts.
Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Engage with regional investment teams, the financial operations team, and Analytics to ensure seamless portfolio management.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, finance, or investment management preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Real Estate (or related field) required. Relevant qualifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling and database management skills.
