About Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Cloud Operations Team Lead to lead our cloud operations and ensure seamless delivery across major providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake. This role demands a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership, and operational excellence, driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for cloud service delivery across major providers including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations are consistently met.
• Lead service performance reviews, cost optimization, and compliance initiatives.
• Implement and oversee ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Maintain and enhance documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
• Identify and execute automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps teams to improve infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system performance.
• Drive team performance, training, and career development through active mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Provide regular performance, risk, and improvement updates to leadership.

Key DevOps Skills:

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm preferred)
• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Container orchestration and microservices architecture
• Production troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Incident management and response

Experience:

• 2-4 years in IT services, with at least 2 years in Cloud/Operations delivery management.
• Strong working knowledge of cloud services, and operations, specially AWS and Azure.
• Proven track record of managing small to large customer portfolios (50+ accounts).
• Experience managing large teams in operational setup.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Jira, ServiceNow, §MS Project, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, etc.
